Pre-Contractual Information Form

This form gives you, before you place your order, every piece of information a distance seller must disclose. Read it together with the Distance Sales Agreement.

2. Product ORTEVA SOMNIA ergonomic visco neck pillow. One size, 38 × 60 cm, dual-sided height 11–13 cm, approx. 1,100 g. 100% memory foam (visco) filling, hypoallergenic. Cover: 88% polyester, 12% EP — removable, washable at 30°C. Colour options: white and grey. The product is a comfort and ergonomic support pillow; it is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness.

3. Price and payment The unit price, the quantity and the total amount including VAT are shown on the order summary before you confirm, and again in the order confirmation e-mail. All prices include VAT. Shipping is free. Payment can be made by credit or debit card, by bank transfer, or in cash or by card on delivery. No additional service fee is charged for any of these methods.

4. Delivery The order is dispatched from within Türkiye, handed to the contracted carrier within 1–3 working days and delivered to the address you give, within 30 days of the order at the latest. Delivery costs nothing and no customs or import charge arises. The tracking number is sent to you by e-mail and SMS when the parcel is dispatched.

5. Right of withdrawal You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason and without penalty, by writing to info@ortevayastik.com. We voluntarily extend this to a 30-night trial. Return shipping is paid by us. Your refund is made within 14 days of the product reaching us, through your original payment method. 6. Where the right of withdrawal does not apply Products prepared to your personal specifications, and goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once their protective packaging is opened, are excluded, as are the other cases listed in the applicable distance-selling rules.

7. Warranty and complaints The product carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. For any complaint, write to info@ortevayastik.com; we reply within one working day. Consumers resident in Türkiye may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at their place of residence.

8. Validity The prices and conditions on this page are valid while they are displayed on the site. The terms shown to you at the moment you confirm your order are the terms that bind us.
